Activity and Itinerary Planning: Plan activities, excursions, and dining experiences. Consider local guides, special events, and unique experiences.
Create Proposal: Prepare a detailed itinerary and cost estimate, including all aspects of the trip (flights, accommodations, activities, etc.).
Client Review and Feedback: Present the proposal to the client and make adjustments based on their feedback.
Confirmation and Agreement: Obtain written confirmation and a signed agreement outlining the terms and conditions.
Book Flights and Accommodations: Secure reservations for flights, hotels, and other accommodations.
Reserve Activities and Excursions: Confirm bookings for activities, tours, and special experiences.
Payment Arrangements: Handle deposits and payments according to the agreed-upon schedule.
Documentation: Ensure clients have all necessary travel documents (passports, visas, vaccination records).
Travel Insurance: Offer and arrange travel insurance if needed.
